MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered between ABNEX LLC and the Client identified in the applicable proposal or invoice.

Defined in proposal or statement of work.

Client agrees to timely payment of invoices.

Ownership remains with ABNEX LLC unless otherwise agreed.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information.

Client agrees to indemnify ABNEX LLC from claims arising from misuse of services.

Liability limited to fees paid under applicable agreement.

Neither party liable for events beyond reasonable control.

Electronic acceptance is legally binding.
